Diamond Push-Up with Medicine Ball

Diamond push-ups work the triceps and the chest muscles. If you're at the gym, use a medicine ball. At home, you can use any firm ball (like a basketball) or even a small pillow.

1. Get into a push-up position, either on knees (beginner) or with legs fully extended (advanced). Place both hands on surface of ball, touching index fingers and thumbs together to form a diamond.
