Don't Mess with Dianne Wiest's Daughter

There's law & disorder in Dianne Wiest's house.

Emily Wiest, the teenage daughter of the Oscar-winning actress, pleaded guilty yesterday to petit larceny charges. Last year, she and two other girls jumped a male schoolmate at their posh New York City school -- punching and kicking him -- and stole his iPod.

How thuggy!

The girl -- who is now 18 -- entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to two days of community service and restitution of $150.

Bruiser's mother played Manhattan District Attorney Nora Lewin for two years on Law & Order.
