Demi Lovato may have been caught kissing ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama last November, but the former Disney star is sending a very "single" vibe on Twitter.
"A wise girl kisses but doesn't love, listens but doesn't believe, and leaves before she is left," Lovato, quoting Marilyn Monroe, re-tweeted one of her followers Tuesday morning.
Is that just a quote Lovato found inspiring on her Twitter stream, or is it a reference to her personal love life? A few minutes after the mysterious re-tweet, Lovato posted her own message: "The smartest thing a woman can ever learn, is to never need a man."
The 19-year-old singer reportedly dated the 31-year-old That '70s Show alum after splitting up with Joe Jonas in 2010, but she entered a rehab center for treatment before the relationship got serious.
Then last fall, when the two were spotted kissing in Los Angeles, speculation swirled that Lovato and Valderrama had gotten back together, although neither star ever confirmed the romance.
But from the tone of Lovato's messages, it sounds like she's happy to be free of a man in her life.
