What does Lindsay Lohan have against a quiet evening at home? Whenever she stays out late, trouble is bound to follow. The paroled actress has been accused of ordering an attack on Barron Hilton (brother of Paris Hilton) while they were both partying it up at Miami's Art Basel festival. The hotel heir posted pictures of his battered face to Instagram on Saturday. Lohan was definitely at the party -- but was she actually involved in the skirmish?
According to the police report, Hilton, 24, got into an argument with another man in the early hours of Friday morning at an Art Basel after party. The man asked him to leave the party, and when Hilton refused, he was "struck in the face with an unknown object." Hilton visited the hospital a few hours later for treatment.
The guy who did the punching fled the scene, and has since been identified as New York club owner Ray LeMoine. His friends told the NY Daily News that the fight had nothing to do with Lohan, and LeMoine was asking Hilton to leave the party because Hilton was "drunk and being a d***." Reportedly, LeMoine has flown to Cuba, where he plans to stay until this whole thing blows over.
Obviously, Lohan didn't throw any punches. But according to some reports, the actress told LeMoine to beat up Hilton, after she caught Hilton talking trash about her. TMZ has video of a brief confrontation between Lohan and Hilton that took place after the attack. According to the website, Lohan was also taunting him during the fight, saying, "You talk s**t about me to my boyfriend, this is what you get."
Whether or not this is true, it's clear that the Hilton family is deeply angry at Lindsay -- or somebody. After Barron posted photos of his face, Paris wrote this on Instagram: "They both will pay for what they did. No one f***s with my family and gets away with it!!” And then Nikki tweeted this:
Bad things happen when you hang out with bad people.— Nicky Hilton (@NickyHilton) December 8, 2013
And Paris weighed in with this, which may or may not be a threat:
Karma's a bitch...— Paris Hilton (@ParisHilton) December 7, 2013
What now? RadarOnline claims that Barron plans to press criminal charges against both Lohan and LeMoine, but unless those charges stick, Lindsay won't be in danger of violating her probation. Plus, if her Twitter photos are to be believed, Lindsay has found inner peace back home in L.A.:
We still think she ought to stay away from this kind of party scene, in the interest of staying on the good side of the law. Why not load up that Netflix queue, Lindsay?
