Tip: “As a gymnast you need to eat protein so you don’t get injured as easily -- I try and have a lot of calcium for my bones, protein, fruits and vegetables. Having breakfast at the beginning of the day is always important to me, which is why I’ve partnered with Kellogg’s on their Olympic program. Every day I eat cereal or oatmeal. I try to load up and eat something with carbs to start off the day, anything that will give me some energy. When I indulge, it's more likely to be a mani/pedi or a massage instead of some kind of food.”
