    Ingredients

    4 full slabs of beef baby back ribs 1 cup canola oil
    1 cup salt 2 jumbo carrots
    1/8 cup black pepper 4 large white onions
    3 tablespoons cayenne pepper 8 stalks celery
    1/8 cup garlic powder 10 garlic cloves
    1/8 cup onion powder 2 40-oz bottles malt liquor
    1 cup brown sugar

      Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together thoroughly.

      Rub oil on each side of the ribs. Rub all the dry spices on both sides of ribs. Let stand.

      Rough chop all vegetables. Place vegetables in 2 roasting pans. Place ribs on top of vegetables.

      Pour beer along the sides of the ribs (not directly on the ribs). Cover roasting pans with aluminum foil. Cook ribs at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
