You probably negotiated household tasks and responsibilities when you first cohabitated; now you need to talk about expectations when it comes to taking care of your babe. Yes, it's hard to know exactly where each of you will thrive before baby is born -- maybe he'll be scared to give baby a bath but be an ace diaper changer. Or vice versa. But it's a good idea to at least broach the basic feeding/bathing/changing stuff, as well as things like who'll handle pediatrician appointments and which of you might be less inclined to pass out should she ever need her temperature taken rectally. (Which she will -- trust us.)
