Make our DIY Ornament Wreath for the holidays now or stock up on ornaments in post-holiday sales and make it later - either way, it's an easy and festive way to brighten up your front door all winter long!
iVillageWhat You'll Need:
Hot glue gun
Ornaments in various sizes/shapes
Ribbon (to hang)
iVillageSTEP 1. Remove the metal hangers from the ends of the ornaments. Poke a hole in the foam wreath towards the outer edge before applying the glue.
iVillageSTEP 2. Use the hot glue gun to apply glue in and around the hole.
iVillageSTEP 3. Select one of the larger ornaments and press it into the glue and hold until the glue sets.
iVillageSTEP 4. Continue to glue the ornaments on, staggering larger and smaller ones so that you can't see any of the foam wreath.
iVillageSTEP 5. Repeat this process all around the wreath until the wreath is completely covered and full. Use extra small ornaments to fill in any gaps
iVillageSTEP 6. Hang and admire your craftiness!
