Prep: Since this style puts your roots on display, make sure hair is clean or prepped with dry shampoo.
Style:
Step 1: Part hair on the side.
Step 2: Take a thick section of hair from the left side of your head and twist it to the back of your head, pinning in place.
Step 3: Take the same size section from the right side and twist to the back, pinning both together.
Step 4: Pin the rest of your hair up, twisting each section until all hair is up and off the nape of your neck.
Set: Spray with hairspray.
Tip! Prefer your hair parted in the middle? “This technique works just as well with a center part,” says Geneva.
