Yes, dizziness and light-headedness can be a symptom of pregnancy.
These symptoms could also be a sign of other conditions, such as diabetes, low blood sugar, flu, blood loss, hypothyroidism, anemia, etc. Of course these things can also co-exist with pregnancy.
