What it's good for: Hydrating the area around the eye to restoreoptimum appearance by improving the look of crow’s feet.

Why I recommend it:  It combines ingredients such as niacinamide, caffeine and peptides to improve the appearance of the skin around the eyes. Massaging it in reduces excess fluids to diminish dark circles and puffiness.
