How she found The Running Woman board: "I started posting on this board in March of 2006. I had been running off/on for several years, but the board was just what I needed to get back into a regular running schedule after son number three. I was living in the middle of nowhere and had to do most of my runs on my treadmill. I seriously think I would have dumped running entirely sometime in those 18 months if not for this board."
The best part of being a member: "The Running Women have seen me through two pregnancies, one miscarriage, and two moves... We have raced together and grown together -- in our running and in life. I can't begin to count the number of tips I have received from members of this board. I have even posted questions from my husband. "Ask the running ladies," he says when he is stumped. But the most important thing I get from this board isn't the advice -- it's the support."
