Don't Trifle with Me!

Kacy Duke, celeb trainer and nutritionist, has hooked Julianne Moore on her City Girl Trifle: nonfat Cool Whip mixed with nonfat Greek yogurt, a squirt of honey and a heap of berries. "It's so delicious and easy," says Duke. At 370 calories, it's not exactly low-cal but it's healthier than that double-fudge brownie you've been eyeing. Celebs also love to whip up her New York Minute Tuna Salad: canned tuna in olive oil (for good fat), mixed greens, red pepper and balsamic vinegar, seasoned to taste.
