Some people don't like kissing. It's possible that he kissed you while you were dating because it was expected of him. Now he may want to give it up. If that's the case, the two of you should talk about it and work out a compromise. On the other hand, if he no longer wants to kiss you, it could be a sign that something is wrong with the relationship. I don't want to speculate what the problem might be
