Modern Family star Sofia Vergara, who was nominated for a Best Supporting Actress Golden Globe, tweeted a few days before the awards show about her ongoing dress distress. "Nothing fits meeee!!!! I'm not going to the Golden Globes!!!!!!!" she posted, along with a photo of herself having some zipper troubles.
But fortunately the curvy beauty found a perfect fit with this fiery Vera Wang stunner, featuring a gathered bodice, black sash and lace-up back detail. The body-conscious gown was complemented by her soft, cascading waves, drop earrings and bauble-tastic cocktail ring.
It's not news that most designer duds aren't made for girls with curves, hips or DDs. Back in 2010, Sofia explained to Access Hollywood that she's learned to deal with this fashionista fact, saying: "I think because of the shape of my body, I have learned to accept that I cannot just wear anything that is [in] fashion because.. not everything, you know, fits."
