Drew Lachey
ELIMINATED (11th Place)

Competed in: Season 2

Placed: First

Former Partner: Cheryl Burke

New Partner: Anna Trebunskaya

Why He Was Cut: The first man to bring home the Mirror Ball Trophy, Drew Lachey sure put his boy-band training to good use, but it just wasn't enough this season. The former 98 Degrees member was floored when it was announced that he would be heading home after he nailed his sexy cha cha cha the night before, and had even earned triple eights. Backstage, Trebunskaya told reporters, "Oh my gosh, I was so robbed!" Lachey echoed her sentiment by saying that he was taking the elimination "personally," and thought it was "ironic" that he and Joey Fatone -- the two Broadway performers on the cast -- had been ousted. "It's a little odd to me," he said. "But that's part of the unpredictability of the show. It sucks. It really sucks."
