Dancing With the Stars pro Julianne Hough is scheduled to undergo minor surgery this week to remove her appendix.

According to a note she posted on her website Monday, The two-time champ is suffering from endometriosis, a painful condition caused by the growth of the tissue lining the uterus in other parts of the abdomen outside of the uterus.

Julianne was hospitalized last week after experiencing stomach pains. After consulting with her doctor, they decided surgery was her best option.

She is still scheduled to perform on tonight's Dancing With the Stars with partner Cody Linley.
