The Practice star Dylan McDermott has filed for divorce from his wife of 13 years, Shiva Rose. The couple, who first separated back in March of 2007, has cited irreconcilable differences in the court papers, and Dylan is seeking joint custody of their two children, Collette, 12, and Charlotte, 2. Although Dylan only plays a lawyer on TV, he has decided to be his own representation in the divorce.
