It's officially over for Dylan McDermott and wife Shiva Rose.
The actor filed for divorce from his girl of 12 years last summer, after separating in March of 2007. Dylan cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. The couple have two daughters together, Colette, 12, and Charlotte, 3.
A judge has signed all the documents and The Practice actor will be back on the market Jan. 2, after the legally required six-month waiting period.
