Marinated Chicken, Rice and Veggies
"I’ll marinate thin, boneless chicken breasts for about 20 minutes in the Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki marinade while steaming fresh broccoli and baby carrots. Then as I’m broiling the marinated chicken for about 10-15 minutes, I prepare a rice dish like Near East’s rice pilaf. It’s a consistent hit for my almost-5-year-old daughter and I feel like I’ve prepared a well-balanced meal even after the craziness of a full work day." -- Serena
