Here's a day's menu that provides plenty of fiber:

Breakfast: Whole-grain cereal with fresh fruit, juice and milk, 6 g
Snack: Pear with skin, 4 g
Lunch: Turkey on whole wheat and an apple with its skin, 7 g
Snack: 3 cups air-popped popcorn, 3 g
Dinner: Salmon, baked potato with its jacket, 1/2 cup steamed broccoli and frozen yogurt with blueberries, 7.5 g

Total fiber for the day, 27.5 g
