Ed McMahon Hospitalized -- In "Serious" Condition
Ed McMahon is in the hospital -- and it's not looking good.
The Star Search host, who is 85, has reportedly been in the hospital for nearly a month, and is battling pneumonia and other medical issues.
TMZ.com has learned that Ed is in the ICU and is listed in "extremely serious" condition.
"It's not great, to say the least," a source said.
"We appreciate everyone's thoughts and prayers," Ed's rep told People.com. "The family is asking for privacy and we'd like to respect that at this time. We are hoping and praying for the best."
