|1/2 cup cooked dried or canned chick peas, rinsed and drained||1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cumin|
|1/4 cup low-fat, low-sugar cereal (such as Puffins)||1/4 teaspoon salt|
|1/4 cup water|
Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth, scraping down sides with a spatula as necessary.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
