    Ingredients

    1/2 cup cooked edamame 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1/2 cup cooked dried or canned chick peas, rinsed and drained 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/4 cup low-fat, low-sugar cereal (such as Puffins) 1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup water
