Four months after announcing their separation, Elizabeth Hurley has filed for divorce from her husband of thee years, Arun Nayar.
The model/actress filed papers in London's High Court on Friday, blaming Nayar's "unreasonable behavior" for the split. Yet, photos of Hurley kissing cricket star Shane Warne in December have some wondering if he played a part in the break up.
Hurley denied an affair at the time, tweeting on Dec. 12, "For the record, my husband Arun and I separated a few months ago. Our close family & friends were aware of this."
Recently, Hurley took to her Twitter account to shoot down rumors that she and Warne are headed to the altar.
"Apparently I'm getting married & moving to Australia," she wrote on March 28. "Wow, my fictional tabloid life is exciting! Breathlessly awaiting next installment..."
Hurley, 45, wed Nayar in 2007, after dating for five years.
