Elizabeth Hurley's Diet Secret: Lots of Hot Water

The actress Twitters about her not-so-healthy dieting methods

Don't you hate those beautiful celebrity women who swear they keep their slim figures by simply "chasing after their kids," while claiming they eat cheeseburgers and fries all the time? Well, you can exclude Elizabeth Hurley from that category of genetically blessed beauties, as the actress/model admits to using some extreme tactics to keep her body looking like it does.

"Btw my diet survived the onslaught of phenomenal vacation food-doctors disagree, but I swear by almost nothing for breakfast for adults," she Twittered on Aug. 24. "Mugs of hot water first thing, maybe an espresso and a few oat cakes mid morning."

Last week Hurley was on vacation on a yacht in the South of France, and wrote, "Another workout in the gym with the Australian and an awful lot of hot water. Sick of it now."

Though her dieting methods seem less than healthy -- British oat cakes are high-fiber crackers that have about 50 calories a piece -- Hurley has been swearing by her oat cake and hot water method since giving birth to son Damian in 2002.

Earlier this week, the 45-year-old shot down rumors that she recently got a breast enhancement, after photos surfaced of her looking busty in a two-piece bathing suit.

"I read that I've just had breast implants," she Tweeted on Aug. 23. "Happy to report still au naturel but I do wear exceptionally well cut bikinis...."
