The Elves Visit

"The elves visit our house to pick up the letters to Santa. When the girls finish their letters, we put them right outside the front door. Then, one of their aunts or uncles (a.k.a. the elves) comes to pick them up while loudly ringing some sleigh bells. It's so much fun to watch their eyes grow big when they realize what they are hearing. This is something my parents did for us and my mom's parents did for them. It's one of my favorite memories from Christmas and hopefully is becoming one for my kids." -- Kristen
