It's over for Emmy Rossum and her husband of a year-and-a-half, Justin Siegel.
The actress' music executive husband filed for divorce on Sept. 25, citing irreconcilable differences. He is also seeking spousal support from his 23-year-old ex. They have no children together.
Sources tell People.com that the couple split in August. Emmy has been recently linked to Counting Crows singer Adam Duritz, who she was seen canoodling with over Labor Day Weekend in New York.
