At last year's Emmy Awards, all anyone could talk about was which woman of Wysteria Lane would win. This year, it was all about who wasn't nominated, and the fact that the government decided to tax those lavish gift bags the stars get worth about $50,000.
So who won? It was a big night for The Office and for the old folks -- namely Barry Manilow. Here's the complete list of winners at the 58th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards broadcast on August 27 at 8pm on NBC.
