Dipping is fun! Before a meal, put out an assortment of colorful, dipping-friendly veggies (such as carrots, peppers, broccoli and zucchini) and their favorite sauces, like ranch dressing (try our kid-approved Taco Ranch dip!) or hummus. Encourage them to make "salad dressing hats." We guarentee you'll get a few good bites in.
