Resident 30 Rock beauty Katrina Bowden has a new rock in her life. The actress got engaged to her musician boyfriend Ben Jorgensen the night before the Screen Actors Guild Awards, where she turned heads on the rep carpet sporting her brand-new ring. "He proposed and showed me the ring and I was so shocked I just said 'Oh my god,' and I hugged him," Bowden revealed to E! News anchor Giuliana Rancic at the SAG Awards Jan 29. ""Then he said to me, 'So is that yes?'" Jorgensen, the frontman for the alternative rock band Armor for Sleep, popped the question at a suite in the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles. "We talked about it, so it wasn't out of nowhere, but I was so surprised," she says.
