Honesty is the best policy on AI. Season four's Scott Savol had a restraining order against him in 2001 after assaulting his babymama. From the start, he told producers about that incident plus an unrelated trespassing charge. So when the Smoking Gun report came out, he was in the clear because he already disclosed it. Believe it or not, Scott made it to fifth place.
