Wrong Digits
Displaying the wrong phone number onscreen for three contestants during the fourth season led to a do-over. Fans who thought they were calling for Mikalah Gordon, Jessica Sierra and Anwar Robinson were really dialing for Carrie Underwood, Anthony Fedorov and Scott Savol. So the votes were tossed out and they added a show to make up for it. Mikalah was tossed. (Rightfully!) And a lot of viewers accused Fox of tampering with results.
