Anthony Minghella

Beloved director Anthony Minghella left Hollywood in absolute shock over his death on March 18. Anthony passed away after suffering from a sudden brain hemorrhage at the age of 54. The Oscar-winning director is best known for his work on the film The English Patient, as well as such movies as The Talented Mr. Ripley and Cold Mountain. Some of the director's friends and colleagues are speaking out on what an incredible person and talent he was, including actress Nicole Kidman. In a statement she said, "I'm devastated. There is really no way to put it into words. He was a gift to the world."
