Sports broadcaster Jim McKay passed away Saturday, June 7 of natuaral causes, according to his son. McKay was perhaps best known for his coverage of the 1972 Munich Olympics where he broke the news that 11 Israeli athletes has been murdered by terrorists. During his career, McKay covered 12 Olympics and won 13 Emmy's, including the first for a sportscaster. "That's the most memorable single moment of my career," McKay said. "I don't know what else would match that."
