This Miami hotel has style and substance, with Earth-friendly practices that include using low-VOC (volatile organic compounds) paint and cleaning products and washing sidewalks with "graywater," which is waste water from laundry or bathing. Shampoo, conditioner and other toiletries are packaged in recyclable materials, and unused portions that guests don't swipe are donated to charity.
