ER star Shane West needed some medical attention of his own after having a few too many drinks and falling on his face in his backyard.
According to RadarOnline.com, the actor was partying with pals at L.A. club Boulevard3, sipping some cocktails and watching Katy Perry perform, when he and his friends decided to take the party back to his house. After a few more libations, Shane lost his balance and fell face first onto the ground. The end result? A black-and-blue face and some nasty cuts. But it seems that his pride was the most damaged, as Shane reportedly tried to "keep a low profile" for a few days after the incident.
