Al, you’re such a stand-up guy!

We caught up with Al Roker at the 2009 Domestic Violence Survivor Scholarship Awards Luncheon in NYC, and he told us he bears no ill will towards Spencer Pratt after The Hills star tweeted an apology to him on Nov. 17.

Even though Al Roker got a public smackdown from Spencer, he tells us he and Spence are OK ... if not BFFs.
