Muscle group: Legs and some cardio

How to: You see these moves in soccer, says Neporent. For this sports-inspired move, stand in a stance with feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart, knees bent in a semi squat. Keep eyes straight ahead and arms slightly bent. Keeping weight on the balls of your feet, quickly move sideways by bringing out your right foot and quickly following it with the left foot to meet it in a sideways shuffle. Go as far as room allows, then switch directions. Strive for 60-second intervals.
