New App Tells Singles When They Should Marry (As If Valentine's Day Wasn't Hard Enough)

TIME has a new app that uses your Facebook feed to tell you when it's time to tie the knot

As a single girl, I'm avoiding my married friends' Facebook pages this week. With all the Valentine's Day mush and babies dressed in gigantic heart onesies, I'd rather not think about my lacking love life.

Now there's another added pressure in the form of a new app from TIME, which estimates I have just 1 year, 2 months and 28 days to get married or I'll be way behind the pack. The app takes your married friends (I have 133 out of 1,205) and figures out their median age (for me it's 26.7) to determine your "perfect" marriage date.

You can figure out yours by clicking here. Now excuse me while I finish this box of chocolates and spend my lunchbreak on Tinder.
