Where we left off: Jack's (Alec Baldwin) love triangle implodes when Nancy (Julianne Moore) and Avery (Elizabeth Banks) learn about each other; Avery then "wins" Jack by default when she announces she's pregnant. Liz (Tina Fey) dumps Wesley (Michael Sheen) and takes up with Carroll (Matt Damon). And -- oh no! -- Kenneth (Jack McBrayer) gets himself fired!

Why we can't wait: Kenneth will return. (Phew!) "Of course he will get back somehow," exec producer Robert Carlock told Entertainment Weekly. “He will miss it and he will be missed. Events will bring him back.” As for Liz's latest romance, the odds, sadly, aren't in her favor. We're still rooting for you, Liz!
