Why we love her: From 2006 to 2011, Meredith Vieira shared the Today show spotlight with Matt Lauer. She’s also well known for being the host of Who Wants To Be a Millionaire and a former co-host of The View. Vieira’s journalism career began on the radio as a news announcer for WORC-Radio in Worcester, Mass. Soon after, she reported on TV for New York’s WCBS-TV, and has been on television ever since.
