During the interview he said that he's caring for Farrah at his Malibu home. "We've had our ups and downs," said Ryan in his interview, "but I was the first person she called when she was diagnosed. I love her, I've loved her for 25 years, and she knows that. I intend to care for her and give her all the support she needs Farrah is a fighter. The first thing she said to me was, 'I've got cancer.' The second thing she said was, 'I'm going to beat this.'"
