Flipping through all those hefty September issues has one drawback -- the painful paper cut. Never fear! A fashion Florence Nightingale has come to the rescue. Designer Cynthia Rowley has teamed up with Band-Aid Brand to create limited-edition "Dress-Up" adhesive bandages.

With 14 new patterns, including lace, sequins, gems and gold chains, these first-aid must-haves are packaged in a traditional metal tin -- and will accessorize any outfit. Plus, a donation (including one dollar from the sale of each tin in Rowley’s stores) will benefit Design Ignites Change, an organization that encourages high school and college students to apply design to social issues and problems that exist in their own communities.

The band-aids are $10 and are available in Cynthia Rowley stores and at CynthiaRowley.com.
