chime in nowOn a conference call? Listen intently while you tone your triceps. Stand over your desk, lean forward at your waist and lower yourself down onto bent elbows, palms facing down. Keep your body propped up on your elbows (lifting your body off the desktop) and walk your legs away from the desk, until they are slightly behind your hips (to make it harder, walk them further back to place more bodyweight into your arms). Then, keeping your body weight on your arms, and your abs drawn in, press away from the desk, lifting your elbows off the desk and extending arms until they are straight. Be sure not to let your weight shift forward and back, simply press up and down with arms only. That's one rep. Repeat this 20 times. (For extra credit, do this move every time you take a call.) "This exercise will strengthen and sculpt your triceps muscles and give you a nice, lean look," says Castaneda.
