Preparing for a Baby
Is Fergie preparing for a new pea in the pod? The Black Eyed Peas singer says she and hubby of two years, actor Josh Duhamel, are ready to start a family together.
"Oh yeah, of course," Fergie, 36, told Hollyscoop this weekend when they asked the baby question. "Not right this second. Not pregnant, for the record. But, yeah."
The 2011 Billboard Music Awards winner says that the band is "taking a break" right now so that she and the other members can get "more of that personal time." And so far, Fergie is loving it. "Josh and I have gotten to spend a lot more time together than other years, which is great," she says.
Duhamel also seems to have babies on the brain these days. Last week, when he was a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the 38-year-old Transformers star dished on his familial aspirations. "I used to want five, six (kids) but you know, probably not realistic anymore," Duhamel told Ellen. "So I think two is a good number. You can give them the right amount of attention, but whatever. We're both from Catholic families -- we like to procreate."
Sounds like the happy couple may soon be a happy family -- possibly even a big one!
