17 chimesSomehow, 1994 Olympic silver medalist Nancy Kerrigan always ends up in the middle of drama that she didn't create. Sixteen years ago, footage of her wailing on the floor just before the U.S. National Championships -- struck down by an attacker connected to her rival Tonya Harding -- was played endlessly on the nightly news. On Monday, it was her brother being charged with assault in connection with the death of her father. The Kerrigan family has asked for privacy, but hasn’t commented on the incident otherwise.
