Find the Most Flattering Fit

Choosing the right bathing suit can go a long way toward helping you look your best at the beach, says Dr. Oz, who recommends shopping for your suit based on your body shape. If you have a larger middle, Dr. Oz recommends avoiding two-pieces and finding a suit that highlights your bust a little more instead. If your lower half is your problem area, Dr. Oz suggests looking for a suit that’s going to give you a little bit more coverage in the rear (we love ‘skirtinis’ for help with this!). And, if you have a big bust, Dr. Oz suggests staying away from triangle bikini tops. Finally, make sure you’re wearing the right size and are comfortable and able to move in your suit.
