DIY Directions: Lying down on your back, bend your knees up into your chest, opening them wide towards your shoulders. Then, point the soles of your feet up to the ceiling, and hold your ankles. Gently rock from side to side in this position 4 times. Then steady yourself (still holding the pose) and press your tailbone down into the floor while also pressing your knees down toward your shoulders. Breathe deeply and relax while holding for 1 minute.
