Nicole Brewer lost 107 pounds on the Biggest Loser, and she looks phenomenal. Hours of sweat-soaked exercise and portion control helped her get from 269 to 162. But is this (below) really feasible?
Breakfast: She'll add fruit (an apple or pear) to oatmeal and get protein from a boiled egg.
Lunch: Brewer will eat chicken over lettuce and snack on fruit.
Snack: She'll grab a handful (only five or six!) almonds.
Dinner: Brewer eats protein-packed salmon with veggies like brocolli.
Hold the US Weekly! They had me until "five or six almonds." Seriously? Have you ever portioned out five almonds? 'Cuz I hadn't...until now. And I photographed it, my sad and pathetic foray into food porn.
I get that I'm not in the same weight loss boat as Nicole and give her crazy props for being able to stick to such a regimented diet, but being forced to count out five almonds seems like cruel and unusual punishment. Could you do it?
