Nothing says summer like a pool party with friends. To help set the mood, pick up a few inflatable floats or beach balls and hang brightly colored paper lanterns around the pool area. These items can be purchased inexpensively from a discount or craft store. Serve refreshing and easy-to-make drinks and snacks like iced tea, lemonade, tortilla chips and mango salsa in festive plastic bowls, found at a local discount home goods or dollar store. Then, spend the afternoon or evening splashing around to your favorite summer tunes
